The image of Ethiopia is often reduced to that of a poor and desert country, ravaged by famine and war. Yet, through this site you will discover on the contrary that this is a country with a most fascinating History and culture. 

It is also distinguished by a variety of unsuspected landscapes and a rich Orthodox Christian heritage.

However it must preserve these riches while practicing tourism that respects the environment, the population and its culture.

My name is Esther BRICQUIR, student in 2nd year of BTS Tourism and ethiopien of origin, I created this site to promote the practice of solidarity tourism in Ethiopia, a country which is close to my heart .
